Our standard 2nd Class delivery cost is £2.99 Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days but may take longer at busy time. If you need an item in a hurry please contact us and we will see if we can help.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Once you have completed your order your chosen payment method will be charged.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods you have a number of rights as a customer. These include the right to claim a full refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or not as described.

Our policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase so in addition to your statutory rights we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please contact us as soon as possible but within 7 working days of receiving your goods.

Please return your goods within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

Please note that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind you will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your delivery we will need your order number and a description of the product that is damaged /faulty please also supply photographs. If proof of damage is verified we will give a full refund or replacement of the item. We may need the item returned for investigation and will reimburse the postage cost but please do not send any items back unless we ask for them.

If you believe an item is not as described or we have sent you the wrong item please let us know within 7 working days and we will be happy to refund the item or send you the correct one at no extra cost.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
